During our dedicated experience in the food industry, we have led a number of innovative projects that reflect our commitment to excellence, operational efficiency and sustainability. These projects highlight our ability to positively influence the food industry. Thanks to the input and vision of our Project Manager, Mauro Daniel Zegarra Pezo, we were able to implement integral plans for the manufacturing process of our products.

Japanese Style Breadcrumbs "Panko"

This project focused on innovation in the bakery industry, applying advanced technologies and state-of-the-art equipment to produce a highly competitive Japanese-style bread crumbs. The initiative achieved a significant optimization in the production processes, resulting in a product successfully introduced in several points of sale in Peru. Our dedication to continuous improvement of production processes has also enabled the successful introduction of "Panko" in several points of sale in Peru.

Electrostatic Baking Oven

The electrostatic baking oven, using electricity and forced circulation of hot air, provides uniform baking, improves bread texture and volume, and reduces baking time, increasing productivity. They are energy efficient, allow precise temperature control, are versatile for baking a variety of bakery products, and their design facilitates cleaning and maintenance. These benefits make it a valuable and important option for commercial bakeries and industrial kitchens, providing long-term savings and improved quality of the final baking products. 

Microwave Vacuum and Fluidized Bed Dehydrators

This innovative development has not only demonstrated its ability to improve nutrient and flavor retention in the dehydration of fruits (via vacuum microwave) and vegetables (via fluidized bed), thus ensuring superior quality of the final product, but has also achieved a significant reduction in waste. This aligns perfectly with our sustainability and efficiency goals. By integrating the advantages of microwave dehydration, vacuum dehydration and fluidized bed technology, this technology elevates the efficiency of the drying process and significantly improves the quality of the final product. This marks our milestone in sustainable innovation in the food industry.

Horizontal Mixer for Seed Flour

This project is a key innovation in food processing, designed to maximize quality, efficiency and homogeneity in the mixing of seed flours to make the final product easier to digest.
